1536: The wise, pious and moral speeches of Imam Musa al-Kazim (a.s): part four

In the name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful
31- Imam Musa al-Kazim Ibn Ja’far (peace be upon them) said:
Sitting with religious people is regarded as honor in this word and in the hereafter, seeking the advice of a sensible and an admonisher is a favor, blessing and guidance from Almighty Allah. (Tuhfal Uqul: 420).
32- Imam Musa al-Kazim Ibn Ja’far (peace be upon them) said:
Be aware of pride, because whoever is having an atom of pride in his heart shall not enter Paradise. Pride is the dress of Allah and whoever remove His dress, Allah shall smash his face on hellfire. (Tuhfal Uqul: 417).
33- Imam Musa al-Kazim Ibn Ja’far (peace be upon them) said:
The penalty of a Sultan is to be good to brothers in religion. (Tuhfal Uqul: 434).
34- Imam Musa al-Kazim Ibn Ja’far (peace be upon them) said:
Anytime a just leader is having reward then you have to be grateful and if the unjust leader is having sin then you have to be patient. (Tuhfal Uqul: 434).
35- Imam Musa al-Kazim Ibn Ja’far (peace be upon them) said:
To be despair from what is in people’s hand is a prestige for the believers in his religion, manhood in his essence, honor in his world, make him great before people, greatness to his tribe and respect in his family, indeed he is most richest person before his self and before the entire people. (Bihar al-Anwar volume: 72, page: 108).
36- Imam Musa al-Kazim Ibn Ja’far (peace be upon them) said:
Indeed Allah the most High is having a caller that calls all day and night that O’ servant of Allah stop committing sin, because if not because of the animals that feeds on leave and the suckling babies and the old ones that walk on bending position, I could have afflict you with punishment. (Al-Kafi volume: 2, page: 276)
37- Imam Musa al-Kazim Ibn Ja’far (peace be upon them) said:
Whoever visits his Muslim believer for the sake of Allah and not for other sake than Allah while also hoping for His reward, Allah will ordered 70,000 Angles right from the time he left his house till he return back calling him: indeed be blissful that Paradise is yours and have been given abode in the Paradise. (Al-Kafi volume: 2, page: 178).
38- Imam Musa al-Kazim Ibn Ja’far (peace be upon them) said:
Whoever dies without an Imam has died and ignorant death, so the Imam is alive and you should know him. (Ikhtisas: 268).
39- Imam Musa al-Kazim Ibn Ja’far (peace be upon them) said to some of his children: o’ children, don’t allow Allah to see you committing what He has prohibited you from doing, likewise be careful for Allah not to envisage you while implementing what he has ordered you to do, so strive more and don’t exit yourself from the limit of negligence from the worship of Allah and His obedience because Allah is not worship as expected. Be aware of joking because it takes away the luminousness of faith and lessen your manhood, be aware of laziness and dissatisfaction because they prevent your luck in this world and the world hereafter. (Manla Yahdurhul Faqeeh volume: 4, page: 292).
40- Imam Musa al-Kazim Ibn Ja’far (peace be upon them) said:
Mind your duty to Allah and speak the truth even if it will lead to your destruction because that is a rescue for you.
Mind your duty to Allah and leave wrong speaking even if it will rescue you because your destruction is there. (Tuhfal Uqul: 431).
