The Burmese President supports the anti-Muslim Buddhist monk

The Burmese President Thein Sein supported a Buddhist monk who enflamed the anti-Muslim hatred campaign in that country. In the latest issue of the Time magazine, a photo of the Burmese monk has been published where he has been introduced as the face of Buddhist terrorism.

The American Magazine criticised Burmese President for supporting the anti-Muslim monk. The Buddhist monk Ashin Virathu in the past few days called Muslims cholera and claimed they are threats to Burmese security!

In 2003 Ashin Virathu was jailed for violence against Muslims but last year was pardoned by the President and after his release organised anti-Muslims demonstrations which led to killings of more than 200 Muslims. Since last March tens of Muslims have been murdered in Burma.
