The movement said in a statement on Saturday that it condemns in the strongest words the repeated Israeli "savage attacks” on Palestinian activists who defend Palestinian land threatened with confiscation.

It described such attacks as "blatant violation of international laws and UN resolutions that called for ending settlement activity, dismantling those settlements, and evacuating settlers”.

Hamas affirmed that the Israeli aggression would only boost the Palestinian people's insistence on defending their land with all means available. Hamas hailed the efforts of the activists, adding that they expose the ugly image of occupation and its crimes against the Palestinian people and land.
