Israeli occupation forces fired three artillery shells near the town of Beit Lahya in the northern Gaza Strip Saturday morning, local sources told Ma’an. No injuries have been reported.
Palestinian security sources in Gaza said the Israeli artillery targeted the al-Ghoul area in western Beit Lahiya.
An Israeli army spokesperson said they were looking into reports.
Meanwhile, the spokesperson told Ma’an that a projectile was fired from the Gaza Strip on Saturday morning, and landed in an open area in the Hof Ashkelon regional council in southern Israel. No damages or injuries were reported.
