Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi: True believers never trust US, Imperialist powers

 "True believers are those who solely rely on Allah Almighty, therefore they never put their faith in anything else including the U.S. or other Imperialist powers of the world, “said Grand Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi.

Speaking at a meeting held on Thursday, November 17, in Qom’s Amir al-Momenin seminary, Grand Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi, a senior Shia cleric, addressed a group of female scholars from Iranian Kurdistan province stating that “The holy Quran has many spectacular features one of which is that, it’s not obligatory for mankind to act according to all Quranic verses in order to reach felicity in life and hereafter, should they only act on 1 verse of Quran, they would definitely reach felicity and happiness.” 
His eminence added, “True believers are those who solely rely on Allah almighty’s grace and never put their faith and trust in anything else including the imperialist world powers.” 

“Another characteristic of the true believers in Allah almighty is that they perform their religious duties and prayers sincerely with pure intentions to serve Allah; they donate their wealth and property to charity, It must be noted that charity does not only mean giving away your wealth or property, it could even be carried out in the form of saving somebody’s face in public or giving useful advice to those who need it.”

Highlighting the fact that Quran is a comprehensive book for all times, the Shia source of emulation went on to recommend the Iranian youth who live in the province of Kurdistan, “The people of Kurdistan, especially the youth, must be aware of the evil Takfiri thoughts in the region and try to protect themselves against the infiltration of such corrupt ideas.”
