In the name of Allah the Beneficent the Merciful
11- Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
Those that die as a result of sin are more than those that dies normal and natural death. And those that live with good acts are more than those that live naturally. (Bihar al-Anwar, vol: 70, pg: 354).
12- Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
Whoever wanted Almighty Allah to lessen the difficulty in death for him should join his near relation and do well to his parents. If he does that Allah shall lessen the difficulty in death for him and shall not be afflicted with poverty in his life. (Amal by Suduq, sitting: 15, hadith: 967).
13- Mansoor bn Hazim said to Abi Abdullah (peace be upon him): what is the best act?
He (peace be upon him) said: Observing prayer at its prescribed time, doing well to your parents and striving in the path of Allah. (Usul Kafi, vol: 2, pg: 158).
14- Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
Beware to take account of yourself before you are call upon to do so because there are 50 stages in the day of Judgment and every stages is equal to 1000 years compare to the years of this world, then he recite the following verse: (in a Day, the extent of which is a thousand years) (Nuru thaqalain, vol: 5, pg: 413).
15- Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
In the Day of Judgment the arrogant ones shall be in the form of ant while other people will be matching on them till Allah finishes from their accountability. (Usul Kafi, vol: 2, pg: 311).
16- Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
No one act arrogantly except due to the depravity that he found in himself. (Wasail Shiah, vol: 15, pg: 380).
17- Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
Verily the followers of Ja’far are those that are modest with their stomach and private parts, he strive much, work for his Creator, hoping for His reward and fear His punishment. Any time you see those types of people, they are my real followers. (al-Khisal, vol: 1, pg: 296).
18- Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
Verily I have mercy on three people and definitely they deserve mercy: a dear person that becomes humiliated, a wealthy person that becomes a needy and the scholar that has been despised by his people together with the ignorant ones. (Amal by Suduq, sitting: 3, hadith: 8).
19- Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
Almighty Allah on the Day of Judgment shall gather everyone on a plain ground and bring forth the scale, He shall then weigh the blood of the martyrs with the pen of the scholars and the pen of the scholars shall outweigh the blood of the martyrs. (Amal by Suduq, sitting: 32, hadith: 1).
20- Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) said:
Hasten in seeking knowledge, I swear by He that is in possession of my life, one hadith concerning the permission and prohibition of Allah that you take from a right person is better than this world and the entire gold and silver that it entails. (Mishkatul Anwar, pg: 338).
