Fadak in Islam (6)
Fadak in Islam (6)
It is very obvious from our previous discussion that Fadak is personal property of the holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) and has given it to Fatimah Zahra (a.s.); so taking it from her is oppression and usurpation of her right.
The Fadak being owned by Fatimah (a.s.) can’t be denied as it is mentioned in the holy Qur’an and likewise in the books of both Sunni and Shia. Even though Fatimah is objected from the ownership of Fadak but we can’t object and deny her from inheritance to Fadak. Then where is her portion of inheritance? Do you inherit your father and deny me of inheritance to my father? A question posed to Caliph Abu-Bakr by Fatimah Zahra (a.s.).
The popular sermon of Fatimah Zahra (a.s.) after the death of the holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) proved her right to Fadak and has disprove the narration of Caliph Abu-Bakr which was only narrated by him and had also negated the clear verse of the holy Qur’an. “We the entire Prophets are not inherited; whatever we left behind is Sadaqah” whereas the previous Prophets were inherited by their children, like the inheritance between Suleiman and Dawud.
Then why did the wahabis trying to change the entire issues concerning the Fadak?
Are they representing the interest of the previous people that hate and usurped the right of the holy household of the Prophet?
Do they obliged themselves to the statement of Abu-Bakr and disagree with that of Fatimah Zahra (a.s.) the best woman of the two worlds?
Fatimah who was mentioned in many verses of the holy Qur’an, like the verses of purification (Tat’heer), Mubahala ……
Fatimah whose pleasure and annoyance is the pleasure and annoyance of the Prophet and that of Allah as mentioned in hadith!!
The rising of Fatimah Zahra (a.s.) is not only due to Fadak but also to remind those that present in the farewell Pilgrimage of the holy Prophet (Ghadeer Khum) and asking them of their allegiance to Imam Ali, his Imamate and Caliphate.
Definitely denying her claim to Fadak and rejecting her witnesses even though she presented them on request and the narration of Abu-Bakr that obviously contradicts the holy Qur’an is just an excuse to block her of other claim that is more than Fadak.
If Caliph Abu-Bakr is sure of his narration as claimed that it was from the Prophet, why demanding witnesses from Fatimah Zahra (a.s.) regards her claim to Fadak?
Does he doubt the narrated hadith by himself as he doubts Fatimah Zahra’s claim to Fadak?
Did he believe that the Prophet doesn’t have the right to give Fadak to Zahra?
Then what prompt him to deny the right of Fatimah to Fadak?
To be continue……………….
