Fadak in Islam (1)

Is it true that the Prophets were not inherited that what ever they left behind is (Sadaqah) use for almsgiving? In another expression; is the hadith “we the entire Prophets are not inherited; whatever we left behind is (Sadaqah) almsgiving” ..........

Fadak in Islam (1):

What is meant by Fadak?
How Fadak does come about?
Was Fadak a property of the Prophet up till his death or not a property of the Prophet? What is Fadak and its important?
Was Fadak given as gift to Fatimah Zahra as claim by some Muslims or not?
Is it true that the Prophets were not inherited that what ever they left behind is (Sadaqah) use for almsgiving? In another expression; is the hadith “we the entire Prophets are not inherited; whatever we left behind is (Sadaqah) almsgiving” an authentic hadith or not?
Did the book of our Sunni brother write anything about Fadak or not?
What happen to Fadak after the death of the holy Prophet?
Why did some Muslims try altering the issue of Fadak most especially the wahabis?
Why Fatimah Zahra’s claim regards to Fadak was rejected?
Why the attestation of Ali (a.s), Ummu Aiman was not accepted by those on the throne? In whose honor the verses of Mubahalah and Tat’heer were revealed? Whose pleasure is that of the Prophet and almighty Allah?
Whose annoyance is that of the Prophet and almighty Allah?
These are the questions and many other questions that were thrown regard Fadak which at the course of this discussion we shall throw light on it.
Fadak is a farmland owned by the holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) during his life time and has transferred its ownership to her only daughter (Fatimah Zahra (a.s) before departing this world. But there is discrepancy between the first caliph and the daughter of the holy Prophet, where she claims that the ownership of the Fadak was transferred to her while Abu-Bakr denies that.
Then is it possible for Fatimah Zahra to claim what did not belong to her?
Is it possible for Fatimah to tell lies against her father the holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.)? It is not possible at all because she is an infallible; therefore she cannot tell lie and cannot claim what did not belong to her.
Although Abu-Bakr claimed that he heard the holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) saying: “we the entire Prophets are not inherited; whatever we left behind is (Sadaqah) almsgiving” then here some questions arise that;
1- He is the only person that narrates this hadith;
2- The Prophet that is surrounded by a lot of people, is it possible for him to make a statement that is not heard except by one person especially in a critical issue like Inheritance?
3- The holy Qur’an has ordered us to make a will, and then what was the will of the Prophet regard his property?
4- Is it Abu-Bakr to divulge the will of the holy Prophet or his upspring?
5- Did Abu-Bakr inherit his father, and if so why Fatimah can’t inherit her father whereas the other Prophets were inherited by their children?
Insha-Allah we shall give more elaboration on this topic in our subsequent discussion likewise we shall also quote the references to this respect.
