Doctor David Nat exposes the veil of injustices that the so called rebels of Syria perpetrate towards pregnant women. He says "more than 12 pregnant women were admitted to the hospital and discovered (through X-ray images) that a bullet had penetrated the womb which caused the death of the fetus and mother
