The highest Wahhabi supervisory body has banned girls over 12 years old entering funfairs in Al-Sharqieh province. According to Asr-e-Emrooz Wahhabi religious supervisory body in Al-Sharqieh province has threatened to arrest the staff of the funfairs if they allowed girls over 12 years old. Al-Sharqieh trade centre is worried that their income will be hit by the new rules. The Wahhabi Religious authority is one of the highest supervisory authorities and acts as the Religious Police and often uses violence against Saudi citizens which so far have led to many deaths.
