The Grand Ayatollah Sistani declared Friday as the first day of Shaw’wal 1434 AH and Eid-ul-Fitr. The declaration of the Grand Ayatollah is as follows.

Thursday is of the month of Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr in Iran and other Islamic countries will be on Friday and it is hoped will be Mubarak to all.
