The Grand Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani warned against the Salafi / Wahhabi sect and said in Qom that the Wahhabis are remnants of Khawarej and extremists so the scholars must react and answer to their misgivings.

The Grand Ayatollah considers the Wahhabi / Salafis as the biggest danger to Islam and asked the Islamic scholars react to their misgivings and the books which they write and distribute amongst Muslims.
